Refund Policy

At ONE Neon, customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we always aim to provide you with quality service and signs. We will always be happy to review your claim. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!



  1. Within 7 days of receiving your order - send pictures/videos of the faulty sign, along with your name and order number, to or to our WhatsApp (757) 524-2340
  2. After review, we will make sure to contact you within 24 hours
  3. If eligible for a refund, we will remake your sign for free right away! Your new sign will then be shipped to you in 2-3 weeks! (We are also able to propose partial refunds depending on the damage).
  • Unfortunately, any custom neon sign that has been ordered is marked as final and cannot be returned without proof of damage.
  • If you have any questions or concerns with a product on our site, please send us an email at before committing to buying.


  • If you decide to return these custom LED signs due to change of mind and it is undamaged, please ensure that you send it back in the original packaging with all accessories
  • Once we receive your package and approve it, we will immediately process your refund.
  • Please be aware that this policy is not applicable for customised neon signs (e.g. logos, personal text, business signs)


  • Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your package and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We'll care about being as fair as possible. 
  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours, and a full or partial refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment
  • Refunds are issued with a deduction of the original cost of $45 as well as 10% of the original price as transaction fees.


  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded due to a change of mind.


  • In the event of a cancellation before the item is being shipped, a 5% fee of the original price will be held to cover the transaction fees.


  • If for some reason you are unhappy with your led lamp or have a change of mind, you can opt for a return within 14 days of your purchase.
  • If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.
  • To finalize your return, we request a receipt or proof of purchase such as your order number for instance. 
  • If you are returning because of a change of mind, the resend fees are to be paid at the expense of the buyer
